Carefully place the item in its original luxury packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return form and commercial invoice are included to prevent customs delays.
Schedule a Pickup
Use the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order to schedule a complimentary collection with our designated courier at a time that suits you.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and approves the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
